Because of Easy Living I feel that my husband's care was closely monitored; Easy Living ran interference on difficult conversations and offered suggestions and options at every turn. Because of Easy Living, I was able to fulfill my full-time career responsibilities, manage things at home and feel confident that I had infinite resources at my disposal to navigate a tragic situation that deteriorated rapidly.

Easy Living was a Godsend for our family for the past 3 years. My brother had a stroke and needed daily care. They were recommended by Special Needs Lawyers in Clearwater. Both care managers, Juliet L. and Beth, were very professional, kind, and always made their clients well-being their top priority. Without their expertise and extensive knowledge of ALF's and nursing facilities, we wouldn't have been able to navigate the complicated Medicare, Medicaid and health systems on our own. They were just a phone call away and always jumped in to assist, no matter the time of day or night. I highly recommend their services.

EasyLiving has an outstanding staff. From the case manager that came out to the house to assess our needs, to customer care representatives to Shantelle, my caregiver. Shantelle is kind, patient, punctual and attentive. I couldn't ask for better care and I heartily recommend this agency!

I cannot say enough kind words about the care team at Easy Living. I live in a different state than my parents and as my dad's health started failing, there was only my mom to care for him when I couldn't be there. Having Easy Living come in and be the "extra daughter" to assist my mom was the best choice I could make. They were so caring, kind, and helpful during the times I couldn't be there myself. I'm so grateful for their care team and the way they made my mom feel less alone. I would highly recommend them because this team genuinely cares about your family and wants to be there in whatever way you need.

Unfortunately I tried 4 different companies prior to EasyLiving and their lack of communication, care and their failure to plan were unacceptable to say the least. If a home aid does not show, I cannot go to work. I was routinely told the following: "... that's the nature of the business/industry". EasyLiving operates at a different level. It is very easy to give great customer service when everything is OK. It doesn't take much. However when stuff happens (employee emergencies that prevent care takers to be here) reaction, customer service and planning are paramount. It is apparent that they have systems in place to lessen negative impacts. They communicate effectively, do not act like they are doing you a favor and Always try their best. EasyLiving is the only company that has met my expectations. EVRYONE you speak with is amazing!
Of course the primary reason for my review is due to their employees: Shannon and Marquela. They make all the diffeerence and EasyLiving is truly lucky to have them. I thank them (and mean it) every day.

I was hired as a new employee with Easy Living. I have worked many places in my lifetime. But this company is #1 in my books . The staff and Easy Living treats you like family!! I can't praise EasyLiving Inc enough for their outstanding service. My family started navigating the rocky road of parental aging many years ago. It wasn't until we found EasyLiving Inc that the road got so much smoother, for my Mom as well as for our family. I was not looking for an agency to take over making the decisions for my Mom's care. I was looking for HELP in making the best decisions for Mom.

Our care manager Sue is very in tune with our family values and wishes, and more importantly, has become a comforting visitor for Mom. Sue has helped me to find my inner confidence when decisions needed to be made by sharing her years of experience and listening to what I have to say. Guiding me to make loving, sound and practical choices for Mom. She has taught me, and continues to remind me, the importance of taking care of myself too. I think this is something we tend to forget when caught up in the ever changing, ever challenging needs that constantly arise when taking care of the elderly.

My family and I are, and will be forever be, grateful to all the staff at EasyLiving Inc for their expertise in the arena of aging wisely.
