EasyLiving has an outstanding staff. From the case manager that came out to the house to assess our needs, to customer care representatives to Shantelle, my caregiver. Shantelle is kind, patient, punctual and attentive. I couldn't ask for better care and I heartily recommend this agency!

My father passed on Easter and my mother also passed very recently. Easy Living was referred to us to initially provide companionship for my mother after Dad passed. Unfortunately my mother declined rapidly and needed 24 hour care until her passing. Easy Living was with us all the way. They adjusted the level of care to meet our needs, spoke with us daily (Mom was in FL, we are in NY) and provided outstanding care givers who are compassionate, caring and professional. I used Easy Living personnel to monitor my mother when she was badly cared for in Largo Hospital and also for my sister who was badly cared for in a rehab facility in Clearwater. In both cases, they were wonderful. I can't praise them enough for their attention to my relatives' care and their reports back to me (I live in PA).

My oldest brother and I live out of state, so we were grateful to find an organization like Easy Living to help with our brother's care. He has some special needs and lives in assisted living. The caretakers are very good about checking in with him once a month to be sure all is well. They are also especially helpful in providing communication between us (out of state) and the staff down there as sometimes our brother has difficulty explaining what is going on. They also take him on outings on a mutually agreed upon schedule to add a bit of "extra value" to his life.
