Our care managers know the local community inside and out. We have worked with thousands of families on similar issues. We spend a great deal of time in local assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, doctor’s offices, law offices, and working with the providers who help meet our clients’ day-to-day needs.

Our recommendations go beyond the usual “resources for seniors”. We understand the senior programs in-depth but we also suggest services to make life easier like grocery delivery, meal preparation, transportation, handymen, downsizing experts and much more. These are the kinds of insider tips you can’t access by looking at a database of resources for seniors or calling an aging helpline. By working with our aging life care managers, you shortcut the legwork and quickly access what you really need.

When you seek help, you want the most reputable resources for seniors. Our care managers do not receive referral fees from assisted living facilities or any other providers. Our sole purpose is to offer you the BEST resources for YOU. We can share our opinions and experiences, and help you understand what to expect.

We often talk to a son or daughter who is having trouble with a certain provider such as an assisted living facility. They’re quite disappointed because they either used a referral service or heard this place was great from a family friend. Unfortunately, just because it worked for someone else doesn’t mean it’s right for Mom. And, referral services can only access certain options and don’t help with many other services and support you need.

The care management approach accounts for key factors that can make or break the process. Simply getting a list of places does not ensure a smooth transition…we help with planning and future considerations, financial implications, how to best access/manage care and more. The same is true for recommending a doctor or lawyer. We know quality resources, but we also recommend someone who specializes in what you need, takes your insurance, etc. We can help you secure an appointment, prepare, and coordinate.

Save valuable time chasing down resources which may or may not be a good fit.
