EasyLiving History
Linda R. Chamberlain is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney who has been practicing in the Clearwater area since 1991. Her deep-rooted love and compassion for older adults trace back to her childhood when she cared for her grandmother. In 1971, her grandmother, at the age of 76, suffered a fall that resulted in a broken hip. Due to the limited rehabilitation options and financial assistance available at the time, she never walked again. She spent her remaining years cared for at home by her loving husband and family. This personal experience ignited Linda’s passion for assisting others through the complexities of the aging process.
In 1998, Linda took a monumental step by founding Aging Wisely, a comprehensive Care Management company. Further expanding her impact in the field, Linda founded EasyLiving, a licensed home care agency, in 2005. This venture saw her son Alex join and eventually take the helm in 2008. Alex’s home care journey began in high school when he attended Palm Harbor University High School, where he was part of the Medical Magnet program, receiving his Certified Nursing Assistant training. Upon graduating from college, he joined EasyLiving to further his passion for transforming the aging experience.
Our years of experience in Care Management and our family’s commitment to elders in our community enabled us to build a process and develop systems to ensure quality care. In March 2016, with a well-established infrastructure and an employee-focused model, Aging Wisely and EasyLiving merged into one company, EasyLiving—your experts in Aging Wisely. We have remained committed to focusing on our team members, who are the heart of what we do, and developing the best systems to help them succeed. By bringing in the best evidence-based care, our clients and families receive better care, experience less stress, and enjoy an improved quality of life.
