EasyLiving Home Care has been selected as a finalist for Florida Companies to Watch. Winners will be selected in August and celebrated at a big event in October.
Here is the note sent from Florida Companies to Watch about EasyLiving being chosen as a finalist:
“As a second-stage business in Florida, your company is the backbone of the state’s economy. We salute you for your contributions as an employer, your innovations and support of your community. As a Finalist, you demonstrate the unique qualities of a second-stage company, and we commend you on that point.”
This award is specifically designed to showcase privately-held companies based in Florida, who are beyond the start-up stage. These “second stage” companies like EasyLiving are strong job creators. As noted on the website, “Second-stage businesses comprise 5 percent of the establishments in the state but represent more than 2.6 million jobs – that’s nearly 30 percent of the jobs being created by 5 percent of the companies headquartered in Florida.”
EasyLiving is proud to be a strong and healthy business, continuing to create jobs and help develop our workforce. We are excited about the opportunities we have to contribute to our community and continue making Pinellas County a great place to live and work.
