Unfortunately I tried 4 different companies prior to EasyLiving and their lack of communication, care and their failure to plan were unacceptable to say the least. If a home aid does not show, I cannot go to work. I was routinely told the following: "... that's the nature of the business/industry". EasyLiving operates at a different level. It is very easy to give great customer service when everything is OK. It doesn't take much. However when stuff happens (employee emergencies that prevent care takers to be here) reaction, customer service and planning are paramount. It is apparent that they have systems in place to lessen negative impacts. They communicate effectively, do not act like they are doing you a favor and Always try their best. EasyLiving is the only company that has met my expectations. EVRYONE you speak with is amazing!
Of course the primary reason for my review is due to their employees: Shannon and Marquela. They make all the diffeerence and EasyLiving is truly lucky to have them. I thank them (and mean it) every day.

I used Easy Living personnel to monitor my mother when she was badly cared for in Largo Hospital and also for my sister who was badly cared for in a rehab facility in Clearwater. In both cases, they were wonderful. I can't praise them enough for their attention to my relatives' care and their reports back to me (I live in PA).

Our care manager Sue is very in tune with our family values and wishes, and more importantly, has become a comforting visitor for Mom. Sue has helped me to find my inner confidence when decisions needed to be made by sharing her years of experience and listening to what I have to say. Guiding me to make loving, sound and practical choices for Mom. She has taught me, and continues to remind me, the importance of taking care of myself too. I think this is something we tend to forget when caught up in the ever changing, ever challenging needs that constantly arise when taking care of the elderly.

Easy Living was a Godsend for our family for the past 3 years. My brother had a stroke and needed daily care. They were recommended by Special Needs Lawyers in Clearwater. Both care managers, Juliet L. and Beth, were very professional, kind, and always made their clients well-being their top priority. Without their expertise and extensive knowledge of ALF's and nursing facilities, we wouldn't have been able to navigate the complicated Medicare, Medicaid and health systems on our own. They were just a phone call away and always jumped in to assist, no matter the time of day or night. I highly recommend their services.

Easy Living was fantastic. Have used them multiple times to help find both short and long-term care-giver help for elderly family members. Nice family-owned business that cares about its customers and the people that are in need of help. My oldest brother and I live out of state, so we were grateful to find an organization like Easy Living to help with our brother's care. He has some special needs and lives in assisted living. The caretakers are very good about checking in with him once a month to be sure all is well. They are also especially helpful in providing communication between us (out of state) and the staff down there as sometimes our brother has difficulty explaining what is going on. They also take him on outings on a mutually agreed upon schedule to add a bit of "extra value" to his life.
I was dealing with another company to care for my Mom. They were very unprofessional and no common curtesy of phone calls. If someone called in sick, they usually did not have any back ups to send to Mom. I'm so glad I found Easy Living! They are truly caring, considerate and just plain amazing! Communication is key to success, and they certainly express this. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Easy Living to anyone needing a caring individual/company.
Staff members from Easy Living have cared for my elderly mother for three years, and I don't know what we would do without them. I live 1500 miles away and can only get to Florida every other month. It is a huge relief to know that my 91-year-old mom has been able to stay in her own home because of the excellent care she receives from Easy Living. I get daily communication if needed and weekly communication as routine. I recommend this agency without reservation.
Kudos to Julie at Easy Living. She has gone above and beyond all expectations in helping care for my aunt. From taking her to her visits, advocating for her health care, and rounding up paperwork so that I can handle my aunt's finances from afar. My father passed on Easter and my mother also passed very recently. Easy Living was referred to us to initially provide companionship for my mother after Dad passed. Unfortunately my mother declined rapidly and needed 24 hour care until her passing. Easy Living was with us all the way. They adjusted the level of care to meet our needs, spoke with us daily (Mom was in FL, we are in NY) and provided outstanding care givers who are compassionate, caring and professional.
