EasyLiving, 2015 Best of Home Care Awards
We’re proud to announce that our EasyLiving team has once again been awarded “Best of Home Care” by Home Care Pulse, an independent quality assurance organization for the home care industry. We want to extend a huge thank you and congratulations to our team on these awards. It means a lot that we can achieve such distinction in the home health field, but especially that our team has proven consistent over the years in maintaining this high level of quality.
What are the Best of Home Care awards?
Home Care Pulse is a third-party research company that gives in-home care clients a voice, allowing them to provide feedback that impacts the quality of care they receive. Home Care Pulse confidentially interviews EasyLiving clients and caregivers each month, asking questions to find out about various aspects of service and satisfaction. This Quality Satisfaction Management Program helps EasyLiving to provide continued quality improvement.
Home Care Pulse then recognizes senior care providers with certifications and awards based on the feedback received from the clients and caregivers. These recognitions will provide you with peace of mind and confidence when you choose a Best of Home Care award-winning provider.
Provider of Choice: Providers who have won this prestigious award have received the highest customer satisfaction scores from their clients, based on live phone interviews conducted by Home Care Pulse over at least a six month time period.
Employer of Choice: Providers who have won the Employer of Choice Award have received the highest job satisfaction scores from their caregivers, based on live phone interviews conducted over at least a six month time period.
